Used Taxis in Gurgaon
Checked against CabX's standard inspection, plus the one rule that matters most here if you're buying for an aggregator: Haryana's CNG/EV-only mandate for new fleet vehicles.
Can I still buy a petrol or diesel taxi in Gurgaon?
Yes, for personal use or replacing an existing fleet vehicle like-for-like — but Haryana's rule blocks new inductions of petrol/diesel vehicles into aggregator fleets in its NCR districts from January 2026. If you're buying specifically to onboard a new vehicle onto a platform, CNG or electric is the safer choice.
Does the Delhi age restriction apply in Gurgaon?
Yes — CAQM extended the same 10-year diesel / 15-year petrol restriction to Gurugram from November 2025, on top of the separate CNG/EV fleet-induction rule.
Is a Delhi-registered taxi valid to run commercially in Gurgaon?
Not automatically — Gurugram falls under Haryana, a different state and RTO. Check the listing’s registration and permit state before you buy.
